Advantages:

Место хорошее, тихое, вокруг хвойный лес, рядом магазин. Квартира чистая, теплая. Только оплата идёт не за квартиру, а за каждого человека. До поляны Азау можно доехать с местными водителями за 100-200 р., но сама ул. Баксанская не чистится от снега, приходится пробираться по снежной колее между буксующих машин. До Чегета пешком 20-25 минут.
