Сдается идеально чистая квартира, только после ремонта, с абсолютно новой мебелью и техникой. Квартира в самом центре города, в шаговой доступности парк и все достопримечательности.

Для проживания есть все необходимое из техники, посуда, чистое бельё, полотенца, фен, утюг, одноразовые средства гигиены, новая кровать с новым ортопедическим матрасом.
Время заселения может регулироваться по договоренности.
Чай, кофе, бутилированная вода и чайник для Вашего удобства.

Не беспокоить шумным компаниям, квартира не подходит для вечеринок.
Не курить в квартире, для этого есть балкон с закрывающейся дверью.
