Advantages:

Комната соответствует фотографии. Кухня, душ, столовая общие, большие. По соотношению цена качество отлично. Большего ожидать и не стоит.

Disadvantages:

Заменить гарнитур на кухне. Сделать максимальную генеральную уборку с помывкой всех окон, плинтусов, дверей и т.д. По ощущениям как будто бы приехала с подругой на дачу к ее бабушке потому что встречаешься в доме с незнакомыми для тебя людьми. Для брезгливых людей не очень подойдет.
