Advantages:

Хорошая квартира, соответствует описанию и фото. Удаленного заселения нет. С парковкой непонятно, потому что сначала нужно встретиться с хозяином, получить доступ во двор, а потом уже пытаться парковать машину. С горячей водой тоже беда, она от бойлера и нужно ждать, пока согреется... Квартира рассчитана на большое количество человек, но все они помыться подряд не смогут, воды на всех не хватит. В остальном все чисто и уютно..
